Chuanxilu Organized Talent Training Series Program For Several Companies

       As high-potential talents for the companies, the reserve talents’ growing speed and comprehensive quality are the enterprise development engines. For years, Chuanxilu has cultivated reserve talents for lots of companies in different area and thus develops a mature system in this field.

       In August 2016, Chuanxilu provided DJCY the "Global Hawk" International Talent Training Program to a famous manufacturing company and helped the company explore a new type of method to cultivate reserve talents.

From 2014 to 2016, Chuanxilu conducted a three-year reserve talents training program named “Elite Plan”. By series of centralized training and in-service training in three years, the program fully enhanced the overall quality of the reserve talents, successfully built the talent development brand for the company.
