She founded the "gene theory ", and she worked as the center director of the strategic cooperation of China and the United States in the university of California at Berkeley, and the director of Peking University, the first people of  the “gen times” innovation business model.

She researched and taught for Seven years at the university of California at Berkeley, and she has over 20 years experience in corporate counsel and coach/investment of China and the United States, to help the world 500 strong enterprise strategy development and leadership training.
