Using the O2O Thinking Design Blended Learning

      As a business model, O2O(on-off line learning)improve the efficiency of the enterprise services and marketing effectively, has become the mainstream of the age of the Internet business model. In the field of organization learning design, O2O thinking have also been widely used. A lot of enterprise training and learning mode of the project, all combine traditional classroom and electronic learning manner, integration design staff of the learning process. This way of blending learning both plays a leading role in training managers guide and inspire and fully reflect the students as the main body of learning initiative, enthusiasm and creativity. But in the process, the way of blending learning is a problem to conquer. (see chart 1).

 

The Two Forces That Drive Blended Learning
       Blended learning project design is not the truth, but a practice for the enterprises. Each enterprise's situation is different, facing the different constraint conditions and goal, so each enterprise practice of blended learning project pattern is also different. As a kind of practice, training managers need to pursue is effective, “the effectiveness” needs to focu on efficiency. Choosing O2O thinking for the design of blended learning project has two driving force (see chart 2).

Driving Force 1:It’S Easy To Operate

O2O thinking in the process of design of blended learning project, is a very simple mixed path.Just because it’s very simple, blended learning is of high efficiency, and it’s easy to communicate and communication within the organization. Is the so-called good method should be simple, the more simple the more easy to quick.

Driving Force 2:It’S Easy To Convert

Usually, the project design based on O2O thinking training and learning, can be respectively from the Online and Offline two paths to integrate various learning methods and learning techniques, which eventually formed the project learning mode (see chart 3).One kind is "parallel integration model", the other is "progressive correlation model" (see chart 4).Through Online and Offline study the way they switch, the study content could transform, so is the students' learning behavior, and  promote the entire project at last.

Parallel Integration Model: Establish The Enterprise Library

Parallel Integration Model means a process connection relationship between various learning styles, all tied for integration in the whole project, is based on a simple forms of integration and project resources. Each of these learning styles want to achieve complementary on the function, finally to strengthen the purpose of the whole training program.

In the parallel integration model,  let’s we say the oriental pearl tower, for example, in the middle of 2014, in order to improve organizational learning atmosphere, guide employees to learn by themselves actively, the company set up the organizational learning "the enterprise library" project, and design of blended learning project by O2O thinking.(see chart 5)

Progressive Correlation Model

      "Progressive correlation model ", has the process connection relationship between various learning methods, one study results will be the next input conditions of learning styles, a variety of learning styles between have successively logical sequence, consolidation projects have a clear learning path to follow.

      To strengthen the organization's organizational Learning behavior, the company established in early 2014 E - Learning platform, to provide staff online Learning resources, to help the staffs to further improve on the management of knowledge.In the initial set of E - Learning Learning platform, we introduced 28 products online courses, the teaching goal, the Learning objectives for the project organization.
