Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the project needs to engage in strategic and human resource, corporate culture, group control, brand marketing, supply chain management consulting projects etc.
2. According to the needs of customers and the company product features, to provide comprehensive training and development solutions for customers;
3. In accordance with the need of customer's talent development, focus on key people training, learning map to comb, curriculum development and teacher training, talent cultivation system of the example problems such as building;
4. Communicate with customers the project requirements and analysis, project proposal, project implementation and delivery of achievement;
5. Rresponsible for the company's talent development to the research and development of products, value realization, etc.

Job Requirements:

1. Your master should be MBA or above in related experience, and if you are outstanding
2. can be extended to bachelor degree;
3. Your major may be:biology, psychology and pedagogy, media, systems engineering, computer, human resources management, and other related major;
4. Love consulting and personnel training, with a strong learning ability, innovation ability and the team consciousness;
5. Good written and verbal communication skills, good at PPT production and presentation;
6. You should have good data analysis and processing ability, be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software;
7. I wish you can adapt to work regularly and short on a business trip.
